Application of my approach, my experience
I am a design consultant working at the intersection of product design, innovation, and user experience. I have been based in Switzerland since 2015 working with large pharma on global initiatives to change perspectives, introduce new ways of working and develop a curious and playful culture of experimentation, fail fast and evidence-based decision making. Much of this work has touched on brand transformation, cultural change, research methodology and behavioural science to evaluate and drive people change.
I have led the consulting process to introduce user experience capability into the organisation, develop design delivery frameworks and create playbooks and resources to help with adoption, champion programmes and training. I have also written and conducted companywide training programmes and driven global innovation events. Four years ago, together with my team, we concepted a virtual town that would become a global employee experience and user research platform for the companies 160k employees.
