James is a service designer with over two decades of experience across a number of industries and sectors.
These include healthcare, manufacturing, charities, aerospace, travel, food, fashion, electronics, accountancy and entertainment.
James believes that effective service design should be a balance of two critical characteristics; Idea innovation and genuine user insight. Service design needs to address real user needs, behaviours and expectations to be truly meaningful.
Recently, James has been working on a global service design project for one of the world's largest pharmaceutical companies.
