Our origins stretch back to the 1980s and St Martins School of Art in London where the founders first met studying industrial design and human factors. During the decades that have elapsed since, our team members have worked on multiple landmark projects for global organisations and with luminaries like Terence Conran, David Kelley and Jonny Ive to name a few. In that time technologies have changed. Personal computing, desktop publishing, the internet and now AI.

Experience Town is a virtual town concept which helps realize Novartis' shared vision to become a truly people centric business. As Novartis’ own ‘metaverse’, the deliberately flat hierarchy and ‘frontier town’ ethos promotes a safe and inspiring place for participation, creativity and empathy-driven contribution.
HSBC wanted more of a retail approach to their first-time buyer mortgage offer. The existing mortgage section was lost in the vast amount of content on their main website. They wanted the new design to have a standout appeal while still looking part of the HSBC brand.
BMW corporate strategic direction had changed to a more premium market segment. The website needed improving to appeal to the new audience. Rival car brands such Jaguar, Lexus and Mercedes had much more contemporary websites.
The Co-operative Bank asked us to assist on the UX design and development of their new online banking platform; including wire framing, user testing prototype development and online demos for both Smile and The Co-operative Bank's new user interfaces.
Avis Budget Group identified the need for a global transactional mobile app. We joined this project after the user research had been carried out. Research identified that the Budget car hire customer was a 'hand holder'.
The Head and Shoulders brand needed to generate new content to flow into its new social media channels. This content had to be sympathetic to the core themes and values behind the brand and should support offline and online marketing and advertising activity that was already in play.
