The Co-operative Bank asked us to assist on the UX design and development of their new online banking platform; including wire framing, user testing prototype development and online demos for both Smile and The Co-operative Bank's new user interfaces.
Working alongside the external development teams and internal stakeholders we developed a rapid Axure prototyping framework whereby we could design and develop the user experience quickly, across three breakpoints, whilst also allowing for efficient iteration and design consistency across all screens.
The output of this was a document that allowed stakeholders to walk through the journeys, provide to users for testing purposes and also supply to the development team to explain relevant interaction design.
